Description

Request DPW000019060 was opened on February 20, 2019, and closed on October 28 with the note "Alley maintenance has been concluded.". The maintenance absolutely was NOT completed, and no DPW equipment has been within a block of this location, save for the trash and recycling trucks that drag mud the length of the alley. As you can see from the previous request and the attached photo the alley floods repeatedly, and water comes within inches of my neighbor's garage door. See also DPW000029780, DPW000020012, DPW000028394, and DPW000038104 (all closed 10/28 with no action), and DPW000041308 (opened 12/11).
