Description

A nice new 5 to 6 foot wide sidewalk leading along Huguenot Road to the Huguenot Bridge would help link downtown Richmond to the car only suburbs for people using bikes and walking. The City of Richmond should also ask Chesterfield County to add a sidewalk to their side of the road and to extend the new 5 foot sidewalk down Huguenot Road to Route 60. The Huguenot Bridge is the last pedestrian crossing of the James River in the Richmond Area.
