Description
This is the only intersection on the full length of Nansemond that does not have a four way stop or traffic signal. Just west of this intersection Patterson merges with Kensington with traffic flowing off of Patterson and Thompson street and most drivers do not adhere to the 25 mph speed limit. In addition the Albert Hill middle school is one block north from this corner and the addition of a four way stop would make it safer for children who are walking too and from school.
