Description
I live in an historic double house at the corner of 19th and E Grace Streets and the sidewalk currently slopes towards my house and my neighbor's house. As a result, runoff comes towards the house and is deteriorating the sidewalk itself and the exterior wall of the two houses. We have areas of the exterior wall that have been completely eroded and we can see daylight through the brick wall. We can fix our wall, but until the sidewalk gets regraded, the wall and sidewalk will keep eroding.
