Description

There are large quantities of leaves, branches & pinecones on the sidewalk that runs between Powhatan Playground & Williamsburg Rd. When it's windy and when it rains, some of this debris ends up in Williamsburg Rd which creates a hazard for drivers. This sidewalk runs from Northampton Rd along Williamsburg Rd/Ave to Goddin St.
