Description

Need to fix extreme pooling of water at both ends of alley located between Arthur Ashe Blvd and Mulberry Street, between Main Street and Cary Street. The pooled (and now frozen) water at the Main Street entrance to the alley is the worst.

    There is a large hole where it is damaging cars

    The citizen states that the alley hasn't pooled in a very long time. She says that during heavy rains, the apron still drains very well.
