Description

Ongoing concern with safety around Binford Middle School. Community, School, and Parents wish to see the all-way stop re-installed at Floyd/Allen AND Floyd/Vine.

    The all-way stop signs were removed on Floyd Ave as it intersects with Vine St and with Allen Ave via City Council Ordinance No. 2016-045. The crash history from 1.1.13 to 7.31.19 revealed the following:- Floyd and Vine - one reported crash in October 2017 - Floyd and Allen - one reported crash in January 2019 No changes are recommended. Traffic circles are controlled by state law requiring yields.
