Description

The alley between Hawthorne Ave and Chamberlayne needs repair...Again. The alley was regraded and gravel was placed approximately a month ago. Only problem was they only regraded for one block of the alley. This only caused the retained water problem to be moved from the Hammond Ave entrance to the mid point of the alley. This retained water is already causing gravel to be washed out from the area that was “repaired.” This problem has been ongoing and reported for two years.
