Description

Alley running down Willway and lock lane between Cary and Grove is like a minefield. 1st Presbyterian church has too much rain run off. The alley needs grading.

    I previously reached out, per the below email, about paving in the alley of my home on Willway Ave. Since then, the City has come out to remove the existing gravel and replace it with new gravel, which I appreciate. However, per the attached pictures they did not cover the full alley in gravel and only put a very thin layer down
