Description

1200 Block of Amherst Ave. Same issue on 1200 block of Nottoway. These streets were milled 1" last week, and are scheduled for re-paving this week. There is bare, rain-soaked soil exposed where the pavement was milled in the street. How long will the new pavement last when laid over soil? Surely the paving company will be required to address this BEFORE covering it up this week!
