Description
Yesterday while jogging along Overbrook Road, I fell and sprained or broke my ankle after accidentally stepping on to a thick, short tree limb that was hidden under a bunch of leaves on the sidewalk that had not been cleared. The city should be doing a better job of enforcing cleared sidewalks for people to walk, jog, run on. I clear leaves, snow, ice, and debris all the time from my sidewalks for pedestrian safety...I expect the same from my neighbors.
