Description

101 N. Stafford Avenue is a condo building with more than 6 units. This building should therefore have their own contract with a private recycling pick-up company. Unfortunately, they are violating the rule and residents of the building are using the recycling bins in the alley just north of the building (behind the house at the SE corner of Grove & N Stafford avenues). These bins are insufficient for all these users and so there's often a lot of overflow of debris and sometimes it blows around.
