Description

I attended one of Mayor Stoney's Navy Hill meeting before Thanksgiving and he suggested I fill out a ticket for this issue. The alley that runs between the 100 block of N. Stafford and N. Davis avenues and serves the houses on the southside of the 2400 block of Grove Avenue. It has huge potholes that fill with water when it rains -- creating mosquito breeding pools during the warm weather months and ice during the cold weather months. At the eastern end of the alley, there's asphalt missing.
