Description

The 4200-4600 blocks of Newport Ave are in the process of being milled and re-surfaced (YEA, thanks!). Attached are pictures of the exposed gravel base below the 1" milled surface. Next week, Alan Mayers Paving will lay 1" of SM-9.5 over this loose gravel. This new surface needs to be underlain with proper asphalt base material in these areas before it is paved over. Otherwise, potholes will begin to appear before the winter is out. Please don't waste money on a bad paving job!
