Called last Tuesday advising that his leaves weren't picked up during the regular trash day and was told that the leaves would be picked up on Friday or Saturday they didn't come on Friday or Saturday. Also caller states to date his leaves haven't been vacuumed up and he was advised that they would but there was a delay due to the rainy weather.
