Description

Driving E bound on broad toward to Shockoe bottom right lane right and getting before the Exxon Gas Station, hit pot hole; head loud sound, thought was tire, but tire was fine; got back in car steering was out of wack; Citizen will be filing claim with the COR for damage to car
