Description

National historic district alley in need of immediate repair. Water pours out of back of large new apartment complex and is eroding alley gravel, paving behind my home and driveway. I have called and submitted multiple requests for this to be repaired. City counsel will be contacted if not repaired today, Wed 12/4.
