Description

Hello, Across the street from 9 West Grace Street (the north side of the street), there is a grey bin that local homeless folks use to store their items, booze, and trash on the sidewalk. It's been there for a year. It's frequently overflowing and surrounded by 4 or 5 men that loiter around it all day, every day. I'd like it to be removed, as it is trash on public property, has become a permanent fixture, and is blocking the sidewalk.
