Description
Citizen called to request an Arborist come out to inspect a tree that is dropping limbs on his truck and he is afraid that a big limb may fall and hit a child. He stated there are two big trees side by side. He has a second phone number where he can be reached 804-247-7151. He stated he is at home during the day.
