Description

Message: Hello, I live at 3915 W Grace Street, Richmond VA, and we have a big tree outside of our neighbors house (on the street side of the sidewalk) with huge dead branches hanging over the street. Lately the winds have been picking up and the branches have been falling all over the street. One night a few days back a branch fell on a car over night and shattered the windshield.
