Description

Water Main Work was performed near 2114 Hanover Ave, Richmond Ave during the Month of November. The street was patched, but a large hole has opened up in a corner of the Patch. The hole is now 6 inches deep, roughly 18x36 inches in area. Cars are hitting the hole and splashing pedestrians and cars. The hole is dangerous to cyclists and damaging to vehicles.
