Description

New traffic study badly needed at 25th and Venable. 25th traffic is heavy, while Venable traffic is almost non-existent. Driving patterns have changed and 25th is the main road and needs a shorter wait time. I will often wait several minutes at the intersection with a dozen other cars while one car passes through on Venable. I work and live on 25th so I travel this road several times a day at all different times.
