people is speeding down the alley way behind the 4700 block of Walmsley blvd were the 7Eleven is. which is causing the alley to form large potholes using alleys as a street

- Staff · January 13, 2020Field reviewed and did not observe any speeding along the alley behind the 7-11 store although noticed the alley was in disrepair. The lot at 7-11 is under construction and will ask R/W Permits if the permittee plans to rebuild the alley.
