Description

There is an unusually wide and deep amount of water pooling in the alleyway behind Richmond Fire Station #14. The city was doing some repairs last week in the alleyway but this is new - did the trucks inadvertently do something to cause the alley to sink like this? Please return and fix because this is too deep to walk through and is a hazard for cars and people.
