Description

All of 12th Street needs to be repaved in front of the VCU school of Dentistry do to all the holes and pot holes and cracks in it that it needs a full repave or resurfacing. Also the old concrete sidewalks next to this street might need to be resurfaced or have pieces repaired on them.
