Description

Here is a 0.3 mile long section of missing sidewalk along Cary Street that has been like this snice before I was born. Currently there is no pedestrian access from main city center of Richmond to the Huguenot Bridge and the old sidewalks end at E Lock Lane. But what is odd is there are sidewalks that come up along Clark Road and E Lock Lane and Maxwell Road.
