    his project is too large for maintenance. This work order will be automatically routed to CIP. Which means that it is a Capital Improvement Project and the whole block would need to be repaired. This project will be considered for funding and prioritization based on repair criteria. The CIP division repairs sidewalks/cobblestone alleys based on available funding and a risk based repair criteria.
