Description
the speed hump in front of sacred heart center has gone flat because of road resurfacing. it needs to be re humped and repainted for visibility, despite a four way stop sign nearby, people turning from Cowadin are still disregarding the crosswalk. There is a high possibility that someone will be struck crossing the cross walk. Also people speed up after crossing the stop sign coming from the Commerce side and do not yield to pedestrians. over 2500 people use this hump/crosswalk weekly.
