Description

Ms. Shannon is interested in sprucing up the 1300-1600 blocks of Hull Street where there are some empty tree wells. She wants to clean them out and place soil and mulch and maybe some flowers. She stated she has a grant application that is due in tomorrow but she wanted to get permission from Urban Forestry before she starts the project and also looking forward to working with the Arborist on some maintenance at the base of trees.
