Description

This was previous request DPW000029392 which I was told was completed. The large depression is still in the alley and there is no evidence of any work having been done. The depression lies in the alley between 3425 and 3427 Hanover Ave and holds large amounts of water (and breeds mosquitoes) whenever it rains
