Description

Alley between Clinton Ave and Monticello St. has several low spots that pond with water for several days even with moderate rain. Mostly behind 4016 Clinton Ave. This is the second request, request DPW000028471 was marked complete on August 21, 2019 8:58 am with no work done. The problem still exists and is just as bad. There are also other spots in the alley that pond after rain.
