Description

Mr. Chan is the landlord and requesting a tree be cut down in front of his property. He stated that his rentals are complaining about people putting trash in the tree, urinating and defecating. He said he would pay for the removal of the tree. He stated he has been waiting for a year to have it taken down.

    Mr. Chan called today for an update. Will get with the Arborist. Mr. Chan it spells very bad around the tree and there is a lot of trash. He can be reached at 804-317-4337.

    Response from the Arborist J. Lester. Spoke to Mr. Chen by phone. Tree has been assessed, and is healthy and in good condition. Tree does not meet service criteria at this time.
