Description

Lots of new tags - many by the same person "SCAB" on numerous properties (public and private) along Semmes Avenue between W. 22nd Street and Cowardin Avenue. Large tags on rear of business located at 2201 Semmes Avenue. Tag on traffic utility box at southeast corner of Semmes and Cowardin.
