Description

Good morning, Ms. Minnine Blowe called upset that a huge mess was left yesterday in her area which is 4600 H. Whiting Circle after trees were ground up in the area yesterday she states a person was using the blower and they blew the chippings from the trees on her yard, sidewalk and curb in the front of her door. Ms. Blowe states it’s a huge mess and needs to be cleaned up so she can decorate for the holidays. She states she feels that the person doing it should have known better
