Description

Thank you for resurfacing Stuart Avenue, including the 4600 block! That is a tremendous improvement. I have a question. The first layer was very smooth with an attractive surface of a consistent dark color. It looked a lot like the parking lots at Westhampton Post Office and at Publix Grocery at the Triangle. People were rollerskating on it. But the second coat is very rough, with gravel in it, and streaks of various colors. Is that right? Is that the final layer? I do not understand.
