- Staff · December 3, 2019Hi Michael Mr. Sam Tuttle who lives at 615 n 25th St called to see what the status was on his report of a dead tree at 611 N 25th St. I explained to him that apparently it was opened under vegetation so we did not get it right away. The Service Request Number is 407924. He stated the tree in front of his house is fine. He would like to hear from the Arborist once the tree is inspected. His contact information is 757-903-6669.
