Description
I think if anything needs to be fixed in Richmond is this stoplight. Yet its issue with East and West Bound lane if your trying to turn down Arthur Ash coming from neither direction sometimes it takes couple lights to make one turn. It stresses people out behind you because they are trying to go straight unless you can get one side of the light to turn red and other green to let all east bound traffic go first then west it sometimes may take forever.
