Description

Please re-pave all of Guthrie Avenue. This today gets used a lot and has a lot of pot holes and it’s very uneven. Could also use a median line to help separate the flow of traffic . Please try to address if possible . Thank you for you time and commitment to help Richmond be a nice and especially safe city .
