Description
This is a request for BOTH new pavement markings (yellow no parking curb paint) and tow-away signs where vehicles habitually block access to an alleyway accessing an apartment building where city residents live and pay to park. On several occasions, the police have had to come, ticket cars and have them towed. Paint and signage would free the police up to do more important work, and allow an ambulance, for example, or any larger vehicle the access one expects.
