Description

The aged sweet gum on the city right of way in front of my house has a very large downed limb that's blocking the bike lane and protruding into the street. It's also lodged in my grass, and it's much too large and heavy for me to move. Furthermore, the tree loses branches and limbs continuously as it badly needs to be trimmed (better yet removed - the gumballs are dangerous on the sidewalk - I've fallen several times when my shoes roll or turn when I accidentally step on them).
