Response from Arborist M. Staton: Hello! This tree appears to be in healthy condition. This time of year sometimes it can be difficult to assess a live branch from a dead one due to leaf drop. However, I have evaluated this tree with another arborist. We will retain and monitor this tree until spring. If it does not leaf out again we will handle as necessary. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone
