Description

On 27th St in Church Hill, South of Broad St, there has been a hazard cone in the middle of the street for a few months. Will you please repair this pothole? Also the road is torn up in front of the Eastern alley entrance directly next to the pothole with the cone in it. This could use some love as well. There may even be more potholes on this block near Grace Street and 27th.
