Description

Citizen stated that about 2 years ago someone from the COR (not sure who) came out and confirmed that the tree located near street on the right side facing side of his property belonged to COR however now he is being told that the tree belongs to him and he is upset and wants city to come out and remove tree due to limbs falling and possibly harming children riding on bicycles
