Description

City owned tree is dying. Probably a 100 year old red oak. Vines taking it over. Not enough branches left to sustain a tree of this size. Please remove. Very dangerous, as it is hanging over my house as well as a neighboring house that is abandoned. I will gladly plant another tree here with a smaller maturation size if this is removed. Please do ASAP. I’ve requested this before. Very concerned about winter.
