Assess Existing Tree or Stump

Description

Description: Large tree located between 4004 and 4006 W. Franklin street between sidewalk and street with numerous large dead branches hanging over the street and cars. Recent storms have dropped a few significant branches and fortunately no cars were damaged however the few that are left will cause damage if they fall. Would be great if the tree could be limbed/cleaned up. Branch fell from the tree noted on HALLOWEEN NIGHT - fortunately after trick or treaters had stopped. Slammed our front porch stoop and storm door and broke our porch light. Could have been really really bad had a child been standing on our front porch. ACTION NEEDED. 2.7.20 - Tree continues to dump large/substantial branches threatening cars and people walking on the side walks.
