Description
The alley is behind 3801 Monument Ave. and runs from 935 Kent Rd. to 934 N. Hamilton St. The multiple potholes are very large and have the potential to cause damage to a vehicle or person, should someone fall while walking through the alley. There have been 2 other service requests put in for this alley, and I received notification each time that the previous 2 requests has been completed (Request # DPW000033936 & Request # DPW000037918). However, it has still not been completed!
