Description

Alley behind Fergusson Road (entrance to alley is on Lowry St.). Alley desperately needs gravel; pea gravel/crush stone doesn't last, only large #3 gravel lasts for any length of time. Earthen drainage ditch is completely clogged. End of alley totally overgrown so "drop" is covered. City previously graded alley "away" from Fergusson Rd side and may need to again. Problems in alley result in water problems in Fergusson Rd residents' back yards.
