Description

Garbage has collected on the grounds where a city monument is located. Panhandlers used this site as a spot to beg for handouts from passing vehicles. They leave their trash on the property. Perhaps a "no loitering" sign can be posted or "no dumping". The city has cleaned it several times. The monument is located at the intersection of Harwood Street and Jefferson-Davis Highway.
