Description
In Jan. '19 I opened Request: DPW000017475 which was never closed even though the sidewalk was repaired. I've noticed a forklift from a local business uses this sidewalk frequently. The first photo was taken 10/14/19 and the second one was taken today. Obviously something heavy is driving over the sidewalk and causing damage. Since there's a safety issue, hole should be covered and marked so no one falls through the hole. Fire hydrant very close. On Williamsburg Ave just east of A.G. Blvd.
