Description

Citizen Joe Roberts has a dead tree in front of his home. The city placed no parking signs near the tree about 4 weeks ago because it will be cut down. Mr. Roberts wants to know when the tree will be cut down or can the signs be taken down until they actually plan to remove the tree. His address is 3111 Hanover Ave, Richmond, VA 23221. His number is 540-641-1014. I could not find a request number
